• General usage and interaction data within the Application

Some features may require access to location services. Location access is only enabled after the user grants permission through the device's permission request interface.

The Application may also request access to the device photo gallery for purposes such as editing existing images or saving content generated through the app. Such access is only granted after explicit user confirmation within the Application.

Additionally, the Application may ask permission to send push notifications regarding updates, services, and important announcements. Notification permissions are controlled entirely through the mobile operating system and require user approval.

Nomio LLC does not sell or share collected information with third parties for independent use.

However, certain information may be disclosed in the following situations:

• To advertising service providers that require limited device information, such as IP address or device identifiers, in order to deliver relevant advertisements;
• When disclosure is required by applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or government authorities;
• When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nomio LLC, its users, or others, including fraud prevention and security investigations.

You may stop all information collection by the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device using the standard uninstall process available through your operating system or application marketplace.

After uninstalling the Application, data collection will stop, although certain previously collected information may remain stored for a reasonable period where necessary.

User data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Application and related services, and for a reasonable period afterward where required for operational, legal, or security purposes.

Our Applications comply with age restrictions established by app stores and distribution platforms. Relevant notices and age-related requirements may be displayed before installation or use of the Application.

Access to collected information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require such access in order to maintain, improve, or operate the Applications.

Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Users may deactivate and permanently delete their account at any time.

To submit a deletion request, enter your email address or phone number in the designated section of the website and select the "Delete Account" option. Once processed, the account and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems where applicable.
